Are you a high-performing commercial vehicle sales professional with a solid network of procurement contacts? No Finance Cars, South Africa’s No. 1 rent-to-buy dealership, is launching a brand-new, highly disruptive B2B fleet division. We are looking for a self-driven, boardroom-confident, and pipeline-obsessed Fleet Sales Consultant to spearhead this division from the ground up at our Boksburg branch.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Division Growth: Build, establish, and grow our brand-new B2B fleet and commercial vehicle division from scratch.
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B accounts, targeting businesses and procurement managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring consistent and high-volume sales.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong long-term relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and procurement contacts.
  • Presentations & Pitches: Deliver boardroom-ready presentations showcasing the unique value proposition of our rent-to-buy model for business fleets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in fleet or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Existing Network: An active, established network of procurement and fleet management contacts in Gauteng.
  • Location: Based in or around Boksburg, Gauteng.
  • Key Traits: Boardroom-confident, highly self-motivated, resilient, and deeply obsessed with pipeline growth.
  • License: Valid South African driver’s license.
